How it works
We check what your customer contracts allow.
Many customer agreements say how customer data may be used. We read them, include accounts whose terms permit de-identified use, and exclude the rest.
Provider may use Customer Data that has been de-identified and aggregated to develop and improve its products and services.

Questions and answers
Can we leave out specific customers?
Yes. Any customer, account, team, or date range can be excluded before anything is offered.
Do recorded calls need anything extra?
We check the recording notices your team used and the laws where participants were located before calls are offered.
Do we have to export anything ourselves?
A standard export from your help desk, call recorder, or CRM is enough to start.
Who sees our data during review?
Valite reviews a sample under a mutual NDA. Buyers only see de-identified samples, after you approve them.
